3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as receiving a damaged or incorrect item), you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you choose to use our return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Typically, it may take 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the refund will only cover the cost of the product.

5. Exchanges
